12,000m2 French Grey Engineered European Oak Timber Flooring
A stunning 43 level residential tower consisting of high-quality apartments, located at the ‘Paris’ end of the Melbourne CBD. This building appreciates the all-encompassing views of the adjacent Fitzroy Gardens & Melbourne’s
Sporting Precinct. Treating the tower as a sculptural object, the façade was
inspired by the history of Flinders Lane, as well as the significant political
buildings that symbolise Spring Street.
With over 241 luxurious residential apartments, our specialist team supplied and installed over 12,000m2 of Engineered European Oak Timber Flooring which was dual bonded. Our team met the design criteria with the flooring, elevating the space creating a bespoke finish to the luxurious apartments.
