The design and construction of the new luxurious boutique residential development located at 17 Spring Street, Melbourne, consists of 73 luxury apartments over 34 stories with a 4 level basement car park inclusive of 109 car spaces and fully automated car stackers.
Embelton supplied and installed over 6,700m2 of European Oak timber flooring, including the completely bespoke custom Spring Grey Basketweave timber flooring.
