A mix development project in the Perth CBD. Focusing on an area located on the north shore of Perth water near Swan bells, the precinct was names in honour of Queen Elizabeth II during her Diamond Jubilee. An address like no other, with the Ritz-Carlton hotel as the centerpiece.
With a selection of one, two & three-bedroom apartments, Embelton supplied and installed a chevron finish flooring for the penthouse apartments of the towers, and multiple areas throughout the development including the rooftop bar.
